Why I started Big Fish

I help businesses transform their websites from sluggish digital business cards into their biggest marketing asset. A site that actually shows up when someone searches "therapist near me," not one collecting dust in a forgotten corner of the internet.

Before Big Fish, I was a software developer at data startups in the Bay Area, building tools people actually used every day. That work taught me to obsess over user experience—not just whether something works, but how it feels. Attention to detail became second nature, and I brought that with me when I made the switch.

When I started working with therapists, I wasn't just learning a new niche. I was drawn to how therapists think about change, relationships, the patience of showing up consistently over time. The best client relationships look a lot like the therapeutic relationship: built on trust and sustained by mutual commitment.

I keep my client roster intentionally small because I'd rather give each practice my full attention than outsource my work and sacrifice on quality. I'm based in Los Angeles and work with practices across the country.
