What's in the number
The number
The proposal usually matches it; the builder uses the same rates we quote with. When it doesn't, it's because your practice needs something the builder didn't ask about, and the proposal says what.
Design, build and launch of your five core pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQ) on Squarespace.
With it: titles and meta descriptions for every page, planned headings and internal links, structured data, sitemap submission, Search Console and GA4 with conversion tracking, a performance pass, an accessibility review, up to 20 free-to-license images, favicon and share image, a brand kit (colors, type and logo files with usage rules), your scheduler and contact form connected, domain and SSL set up, a recorded walkthrough of editing the site, and 30 days of post-launch support.
A cookie consent banner is added on request. Group practices add a team page and three clinician profiles.
The Squarespace subscription and your domain, which you pay to those providers directly. Photography of you or your office (we use free-to-license images where you don't have your own). A new logo, unless you add it on step 1 (three concepts, two rounds of revisions; more rounds are hourly). Moving a blog archive or more than 25 old URLs, which we quote once we have seen the site. Ongoing SEO, which is the separate monthly option. Anything added after launch beyond the 30 days of support, which is $100/hr in 30-minute increments.
The words
No, but you can. Every build comes with a page-by-page guide: what each page needs to say, in what order, roughly how long. Write from it yourself and we build what you send, or have us write every page from an intake conversation.
Written for you means a draft of up to about 600 words for a service, specialty, modality or location page (300 for Contact and FAQ, 150 for a clinician profile), the page title and meta description, and one round of revisions; further rounds are $100/hr. If you have notes, an old site or a half-written draft, we start from it. Blog posts, newsletters and anything written after launch are quoted on their own or come with a monthly plan.
One price for the core pages and one price per added page. The core set (Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQ) is $1,000; for a group practice it is $1,250 and includes the Team page and three clinician profiles. Each added service, specialty, modality or location page is $300, and each clinician profile beyond the three is $50.
After you send it
You get the estimate by email right away. Within 48 hours we review it, look at your current site and listings if you gave us links, and send a proposal that matches what you picked, with any adjustments explained. From there: a call if you want one, sign, pay the deposit to hold your start date, and kickoff within a week of that.
8 weeks from deposit to launch, assuming your copy and images arrive by the end of week 4; the page-by-page guide comes in week 1 so there is time. Content is the usual reason a launch slips, and when it does, the date moves with it.
Two payments: a 50% deposit on signing holds your start date; the remaining 50% is due before launch, and the site goes live once it clears. You pay both online from your proposal page, by card or US bank transfer, with no processing fee either way.
We take on a limited number of builds at once; our next opening is usually about two weeks out, and the exact week is on the summary step and in the proposal.
Yes. The builder prices a Squarespace site, which most practices choose because they can edit it themselves afterward, and the walkthrough at launch shows you how. If you have a different platform in mind, mention it in the notes and we will talk it through on the call.
Yes, if it's on Squarespace. Pick "Add pages to the site I have" on the first step. Onboarding ($400, once) covers access, a review of how the site is put together, a page template in your design, and the redirect plan. $500 for the first page of each type. $250 for each additional page of the same type. Copy is at the same rates as a new build.
If one Services page is doing the job of several, the Restructure option ($200) maps and redirects the old URLs and rewires navigation and internal links.
4 weeks, deposit and balance like a build. Replacing a site outright is the same price as a new build, with up to 25 redirects included.
The foundation is in every build: a title and meta description for each page, heading structure and internal links, structured data, sitemap submission, Search Console and GA4 with conversion tracking, and a performance pass. That is what gets a new site indexed and ranking for its own pages; a site can launch with it and never add the monthly work.
The monthly tiers are for ranking for new searches after launch, and the difference between them is who does the work.
Care ($400/mo): we watch and tell you what to do. A monthly performance report with three prioritized recommendations, site health monitoring with fix instructions, two Business Profile posts, one blog brief for you to write from, a 30-minute call each quarter; you make the changes.
Essentials ($800/mo): everything in Care, and we do the work on the site: one existing page optimized a month, structured data kept current, your Business Profile managed including review responses, up to three directory or citation fixes a month, your blog draft edited and published, a keyword refresh each quarter, a 30-minute call every month.
Full ($1,250/mo): everything in Essentials, and we write the posts and go after listings and links: a post written and published each month, one outreach item a month, and each quarter a new page written by us, a check of whether ChatGPT and Google's AI answers mention you (and work on it if they don't), and a competitor review with the next 90-day roadmap.
Each is a fixed monthly fee for that list, planned in 90-day cycles, cancel with 30 days' notice; anything outside the list is $100/hr, quoted first. On a site we didn't build, the first month starts with a site review, quoted separately.
