Projects start at $4,000, on Squarespace or Astro. That covers custom design, responsive development, and the full on-page and technical SEO foundation. Copywriting is priced separately, so you can write your own pages or hand them to us. Beyond that, price moves with page count, which is why the consultation is where we count the pages and give you a real number.

On an Astro build, hosting is free. Netlify and Cloudflare both cover a therapy practice site inside their free tier, and you own the site outright, so there's no platform subscription. If you'd rather not think about it, we offer annual hosting and basic maintenance for $500 a year: deploys, uptime monitoring, and routine package updates. On Squarespace you pay Squarespace directly for the Core plan, currently $29 a month billed annually or $39 month to month, which is the cheapest tier that allows the CSS and JavaScript customization behind full structured data. New pages, design changes, and other ongoing work are billed hourly on either platform.

A Squarespace build runs 4-6 weeks from kickoff to launch. A custom Astro build runs 6-8 weeks, since more of it is built from scratch. Page count and how quickly feedback comes back move both numbers, and we work at your pace either way.

You receive a complete, custom-built marketing asset. The build includes custom design and frontend development, guidance on your website copy (with full done-for-you copywriting available as an add-on), a built-in SEO foundation, an easy maintenance system with training, and full launch support including configuration and Google indexing.
